Kerrie , Kenrokuen Gardens (January theme: Reflections)

Nothing rivals the perfection of the Japanese formal garden, and when the sun comes out late afternoon bringing the brilliant colours of the flowers into reflections, the Japanese garden is at its best. I almost left the Kenrokuen Garden when I realised that the sun had changed and the light as a consequence had suddenly shifted and the reflections were perfect.
