Hobolite launches new light shapers

Hobolite has released a new range of light shapers for its portable continuous LED lighting devices.

The new products include a Snoot Modifier kit with magnetic gels, a quick release softbox and separate Bowens Mount adapter, a foldable softbox with diffuser, a series of magnetic dome colour gels and a light modifier gel kit for Hobolite's Micro. 

The Snoot works by narrowing the spread of light emitted from the Mini MAX, creating a tight and concentrated beam that can be focused on specific areas of your subject or scene to help isolate the subject from its surroundings.

It comes with a magnetic mount that connects to the Mini Max and a set of Magnetic CTO gels for adjustment of the light’s colour temperature. Hobolite says its suitable for both studio setups and on-location shoots.

Next up, the Quick Release Rectangular Softbox (60 x 90 cm) offers compatibility with MAX series lights and comes equipped with an 'advanced' MAX mount adapter plus a Bowens mount adapter that allows it to be used with any standard Bowens mount light.

Hobolite says it is crafted from premium materials, is easy to set up, and delivers soft, even lighting for both photography and videography.

The Foldable Softbox 14” (35 cm) is designed for the MAX range of lights and features a magnetic mount and compact and collapsible design.

It's also possible to attach Hobolite magnetic coloured gels to it in order to customise and further enhance the primary lighting effects. 

And finally, a set of six Magnetic Dome Colour Gels in vibrant red, yellow, blue, green, pink and purple are now available for Max series Hobolites, providing photographers with the ability to add a splash of color to any lighting setup.

Hobolite says they are quick and easy to attach and remove with a secure magnetic system, allowing for one-handed operation in under a second and ideal for both amateur and professional creators seeking high-quality lighting solutions.

No local pricing on the new accessories has been confirmed yet, but they should be available now via local distributor Blonde Robot.
