Looking for elegance within architectural design is an enjoyable past time for many photographers.
What I have learnt over time though, is that we should not get too excited when we see these visual gems; the architects new these lines were going to look like this long before the builder ever laid a stone! How do I know this? I married an architect!
That being said, the challenge within good architectural photography is still to manage the tonal processes within the camera and to make sure the image looks good.
My one complaint with this photograph is the bright highlight on the green rubbish bin. Regardless of everything else in the photograph, my eye is drawn directly to it to the detriment of everything else in the photograph
Ideally, I would go back to the RAW file to see if you can apply some control to that highlight on the bin. If you can tone it down I think you will find that the rest of the picture begins to tell more of the story.
