Gallery: beautiful in-camera double exposures

Photographer Christoffer Relander's newest project relies on a bit of good old fashioned camera technique to produce amazing double exposures of landscapes near his home in the south of Finland.

To produce them, Relander blends images of the jars and the landscapes together. Talking to AP, he explained that the technique can be hard to understand. 

"Images are not put into physical jars (as is misunderstood sometimes), only blended into one photograph.”

Using the built-in double exposure functionality of his Nikon D800E, Relander creates the images in-camera.
