January 'Blue' free monthly comp: the results!

Congratulations to Heather Mcneice who has won our January 'Blue' photo competition with the image The Blue Boat House, as judged by photographer Frazer Leal.

Sharing his thoughts on Heather's winning entry, Frazer said, "Whenever I'm judging a theme, I try to go with the most eye-catching interpretation, which may not mean, as in this example, that the whole image is blue as this can be too obvious." 

"My eye was drawn immediately to blue, contrasted by the rest of the scene. It's a technically very well photographed image."
