July free monthly photo comp 'Red' - The winners!
Congratulations to Ian Spence who has won our July 'Red' photo competition with the image Facade, as selected by our guest judge, Drew Hopper.
"Ian's image is a wonderful abstracted architectural image that forces the viewer to pause to understand the composition," said Drew.
"The clever use of diagonal and vertical lines combined with the bold colour helps draw the viewers focus onwards where the finer details become apparent. Overall, a very unique and striking image for the theme 'Red'."
As winner, Ian will take home a 12-month print subscription to either Australian Photography or Capture.
Over on Facebook, Tom Camposano has narrowly won the title of People's Choice Winner with his entry titled , which received 182 likes as at competition close.
As People's Choice winner, Tom walks away with a 12-month digital subscription to his choice of either Australian Photography or Capture.
