Video: 10 simple portrait lighting setups

Here's a handy video that's got something in it for just about every portrait photographer.

In this video, AdoramaTV's Ab Sesay demonstrates 10 simple lighting setups (13 if you count the variations), you can try with a softbox. And although it's focussed on a specific model, the Elinchrom 57” Indirect Litemotiv Square, there's also recommendations for alternatives you can use too.

A softbox is a really diverse tool for exploring off-camera flash, and the larger you go the greater the diffusion - making them versatile for lots of different styles of photography.
