Video: 10 tips for better videos on your smartphone

Now that so many of us are stuck in lockdown, perhaps this time at home can be used as an opportunity to think a bit more creatively about the photographic tools we have available to us at home.

One piece of equipment that almost everyone has at their fingertips is a smartphone. While you may have already taken some pretty impressive photographs on your smartphone, lockdown could also be the perfect time for you to experiment with smartphone-captured videography.

We have found a short and helpful tutorial put together by Parker Walbeck that sets out 10 tips for improving your smartphone videos. 

In the video, Parker takes you through his best advice for using a smartphone to make videos, taking care to explain how you can overcome the various limitations of your smartphone’s video-capturing capabilities.
