Lightroom is probably the default photo editing tool for most photographers today, but it has a pretty steep learning curve, which makes this video by photographer Christian Möhrle particularly useful - he's compiled 70 tips and tricks for Lightroom beginners. 

Christian's video covers just about every part of the develop module, which means there's almost certainly something in there for more experienced Lightroom users too.
