Video: Colour correction vs colour grading - what's the difference?

So, here's a question for you - do you know the difference between colour correction and colour grading?

In this handy video by Run N Gun Photo, the team decipher the difference between the two important steps in the image and video editing process.

As they explain, many new photographers and videographers use these terms interchangeably, but in fact they're quite different processes in the post production pipeline. 

At a basic level, colour correction is the process of fixing or “correcting” the colours of your photo or video to ensure they accurately match what the eye saw in either a photo or video shoot.

Colour grading on the other hand, is applying a stylistic look to your photo or video - possibly with a preset, or a LUT (Look Up Table).
