Explore NZ and Tassie with Dean Cooper

In 2025 I will be offering three different workshops, two to NZ and one to Flinders Island in Tasmania.

I have been running these workshops for many years now and they are two of my favourite destinations.

New Zealand - Winter or Autumn

We explore the mountains and lakes between Queenstown and Lake Tekapo, the scenery is breathtaking, with the backdrop of snow-capped mountains.

With a carefully planned itinerary to include maximum time for shooting, you will find that the variety of locations will give you plenty of opportunities to explore and expand your photography.

I will be working one-on-one with you, guiding and providing support along the way.

As a photo destination, the South Island of New Zealand is world-class, whether it is the incredible colours of autumn, or the dramatic winter scenery.

Flinders Island

Flinders is a small Island that sits to the Northeast of Tasmania. It is a beautiful location with untouched beaches, turquoise waters, mountain ranges and incredible rock formations.

As a photographic location it has to be the best kept secret in Australia.

Flinders is one of 52 islands in the Furneaux Group and has an abundance of wildlife, amazing scenery and is unspoiled by tourism.

Having been there many times, I know all the great locations and would love to share them with you. ❂
