Ngaire Hart, A Day in Antartica (PEOPLE 2024)

Dressed for the cold as we headed out to explore a British Base. Joined the Scientist to carry out water clarity and what microbes are in the water. At Red Rock only the bravest did the Polar Plunge at -2 degrees Celcius, puting dry clothes over wet ones then 1/2 hr zodiac ride being snowed, in between icebergs, listening to the Adelie Penguins and watching out for seals on iceflows while returning back to the ship.
