In Myanmar, like most parts of SE Asia, artisans ply there trade behind primitive equipment but still manage to produce the most beautify art and craft. This series of images were all take around the Inle Lake district, where hand made cigars are rolled and then tested by the most experienced, silk is woven from thin strands, and silver jewellery is forged in dark timbered light filled rooms where workers stretch out on hand woven mats in bare feet. A world apart.
