Tim Burgess, Aerial Archipelago (AERIAL 2023)

Deep in the Indian Ocean lays the Maldivian oasis. A chain of 1,190 small islands forming an archipelago of 26 natural atolls. This is home to some of the most beautiful scenery and ocean scapes, anywhere on earth. With beautiful secluded beaches lined across the islands, I had to walk waist deep in water with my gear to reach certain spots to create some of these compositions - Adding to the excitement of exploring. Exploring the Maldives with my drone has always been a bucket list item to tick off in life. The ability to experience & capture it with my family will be a moment I now never forget.
