Aleisha Zoumaras, Artisan Oaxaca (TRAVEL 2024)

In the latter half of 2023, I immersed myself in the vibrant world of Oaxaca and its artisans, embarking on a photographic journey to document their lives and crafts through the timeless medium of analog photography. This photo series is a tribute to the incredible talent and dedication of these artisans, who uphold and innovate ancestral crafts with remarkable skill and passion. Through this series, I aim to highlight not only their exquisite craftsmanship but also the cultural richness and human spirit that thrive in Oaxaca. These images offer a glimpse into the daily lives of these remarkable people, celebrating their artistry and the enduring traditions they represent.
