Annette Kirby, Carnival fun in Rotterdam (Travel 2019)

Rotterdam Unlimited Summer Carnival celebrates the uniqueness and diversity of 178 cultures. Thousands of people ranging from children to the disabled all dressed in themed brightly coloured costumes adorned the floats and streets to celebrate their cultures.
