Erick Kennedy, Cassowary in the wild (ANIMAL & NATURE 2023)

I was in the Daintree on holiday for one mission to spot a wild Cassowary to my delight I spotted this parent with two chicks . They casually walked straight past me while I stood in amazement. Photos taken on a Sony rx10 iv .Nearly never got these photos as I grabbed my camera my first battery was flat then my spare had 10 % left so to get these photos at all was so pleasing .
