Zak Jones, Celestial Elements: Ha and OIII (ANIMAL & NATURE 2024)

A selection of some of my favourite astrophotography images that I have taken this year. Nebulae in the image from top to bottom: 1. A portion of the much larger Vela Supernova Remnant, Gum 16. The area I focused on in this image almost looks like a cosmic flower. 2. NGC 3576: The Statue of Liberty Nebula, with NGC 3603 located to the left. 3. RCW53c, an outer section of the well-known Carina Nebula. 4. SH2-308: The Dolphin Head Nebula. Definitely looks like a dolphin's head! I hope everyone enjoys these images. Zak :)
