Cynthia Soding, Champagne Pool (August theme: Perspective)

Champagne Pool is a prominent geothermal feature within the Waiotapu geothermal area in the North Island of New Zealand. This contrast of red and blue as well as the bubbling gas makes for a great photo, albeit slightly on the nose when visiting in person, due to the sulfur content.
