Matthew Duke, Childers Cove Spectacular Sunset (February theme: Landscape)

At first glance you could be forgiven for assuming the colours in this sunset have been significantly altered for “artistic effect”. In actual fact, this photograph genuinely captures the incredible depth of colour that a sunset can display. I especially loved how the pink hues of this evening were reflected and highlighted by the surrounding rocky landscape.
