Life can be frightening. We feel safer being concealed below the surface, where no one will judge us, reject us, compare us. As time passes we find like minded people who understand and accept us for who we are which encourages us to venture closer to the surface. With this support we are able to take the leap and show the world who we really are without fear. This is true freedom.
