STUART BELL, DESERT ARCHITECTURE (B&W 2024)

It’s easy to become self-absorbed marvelling at natures creations and what better place to see this in all its glory than inside a dune field. Wind, the great architect, whooshes its will, and ever so delicately reinvents the dunes each time it does. Shapes, patterns, textures, and contrast. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out a composition. But sit there quietly for long enough, watching the light and the story starts to emerge. Pilbara Coast, Western Australia.
