Andrew King, Disturbed Ocean (ANIMAL & NATURE 2022)
With this series of shots I really want to show not only the beauty, but the fragility of the Shorthead Seahorse. These four seahorses are all roughly 1" - 1.5" in length and most commonly found at night time in their sargassum seaweed home waiting for a tiny shrimp meal to swim past. Photographed at night at Blairgowrie and Rye piers. Can you spot the pregnant male???
