Mausum Doctor, Drop It Like Its Hot (ANIMAL & NATURE 2024)

The images were taken in Diani beach, Kenya in April 2024. The images are of a Violet Drop Wing dragonfly, this particular male would come and sit on the same stick next to the pool giving me the opportunity to capture images from various angles. The black background is actually a dark grey pool mechanism cover, adjusting the exposure and other settings made the background black, making the dragonfly wings stand out.
