Harman Singh Heer, Family (SINGLE SHOT 2022)
A herd of elephants marches across the savannah at dusk. They use this route every day, moving from their feeding grounds in the morning in search of water, and then back to their feeding grounds for the night. The scene was incredibly ethereal. The dark cloud above created a golden glow below, illuminating the distant hills. I knew a silhouette photograph would be perfect, but that meant I had to make sure each elephant was spaced out enough from the others and also that I was low enough so their legs were not cut by the horizon.
