Once it was safe to return to this photo spot in the upper Blue Mountains I headed out one wet early morning to find myself somewhere unrecognisable,I broke down to see this once lush bushland reduced to sticks,I just kept moving through looking for life and happened upon this Gum fighting back,I called it "Fist of Defiance"
