Bec Lowe, Fleur (PEOPLE 2022)

The William Burroughs/David Bowie method is a literary technique in which a written text is cut up and rearranged to create a new text. I experimented with this method using a favourite Sci-Fi novel – The Ancient Future by Australian author Trai Harding, as I tend to communicate visually & struggle to put text with images: There were a few things amiss, she was more or less the same, crumbled and broken. She spent most of her time alone anyway. Out of fear that she would wind up a hermit, she considered her heart.
