Robert Skidmore, Focused on the little things (SINGLE SHOT 2024)

As I sat on my first ever Bird photography outing. I noticed this Kookaburra with a slight head tilt but not moving for anything. So I focused my shot, framed it and took it. Once home I realised a small bug or fly was hovering just out of reach of the birds beak. And that was what I got in focus. Just like the Kookaburra I too was focused on the little things. And i'll never know if he/she caught it.
