James Rolevink, Hiltaba Nature Reserve Panorama (Single Shot 2021)
Hiltaba Nature Reserve, Gawler Ranges (NW of Adelaide) was a sheep station after settlers took control of what must have been one spectacular, ancient landscape back in the 1800s. Ironically, the local Aboriginal community were instrumental in their survival, having showed them where to find bush tucker and water holes. The transformation since Nature Foundation started rehabilitating is nothing short of spectacular. This is one of many breathtaking views over this ancient landscape. Australia really is the lucky country, and we must protect and restore its extraordinary biodiversity for future generations.
