A late afternoon flight over Kati Thanda was such a contrast in colours to the early morning flight . Late afternoon created light and shadows and vivid contrasts. There were birds on the edge of some muddy water, salt drying on the lake, a drying water hole with some orange toxic water and a section of developing dunes with the strong light and shadows. Magical moments.
