Matt Ramsay, Lagoon Portraits (Wildlife and Animal 2019)

Exploring the Lagoons in the Cook Islands I was amazed at the diversity of life among the coral that seems to be thriving and the different kinds and colours of fish. From Scissor tail Seargent fish following me around, Porcupine fish hiding under outcrops of coral waiting for the night to Damsel Fish grooming thier algae gardens and fiercely defending them and the big Giant Trevally in the more open water areas, I enjoyed watching the fish go about thier business, deemingly happy to let me take thier portraits.
