Graham Earnshaw, Light Ebbs and Flows (Aerial 2021)

On a recent 6 week trip to the Kimberley, I took a morning flight with Air Kimberley in a small cessna (door off) over Roebuck Bay and up to Willie Creek, in the hope of capturing some nice aerials. Conditions were perfect - the sun had just risen, there were some small fluffy clouds about and the tide was way out. The soft morning light bounced incredibly off the meandering waterways etched in the sand, making for some stunning imagery. The 10m plus tidal flows in the Kimberley certainly offer some staggeringly beautiful views from the air.
