Kathy Brown, Pacific Baza (Animal & Nature 2021)

I was lucky enough to capture this stunning bird, the Pacific Baza (crested hawk) whilst out walking in the Bonoo Bonoo National Park recently. It was hunting for food for quite some time giving me a great opportunity to watch and photograph its behaviours and wonderful display of colourful feathers. The yellow eyes on this bird were truly remarkable!
