Emma Parker, small white in the frame (ANIMAL & NATURE 2024)

This is a series of photos I had planned before two trips to the Iceland/Arctic area - I wanted to show off the detail in the rocks and landscape surrounding wildlife in the arctic tundra -whilst at the same time highlighting the bright nature of wildlife that hunt in these areas - which when the snow has disappeared at the end of the summer, makes their appearance feel like a stark comparison to their surroundings - this difference is further highlighted by the monochrome added in post production.
