Campbell Island is part of the Subantarctic Islands, owned by NZ, on the way to Antarctica. It is 1 of 2 large species of Albatross with a wing span of above 3 m. 99% breed on Campbell Island with 24,500 breeding pairs. They can fly for years without touching land and still breed at aged 60.
