David van Dort, Stormy Day for Kite Surfers (PEOPLE 2024)

Bad weather for some, a perfect day for others.. High winds send these local Kite Surfers to great heights. Intentionally shot without the kites in frame to create a surreal scene, almost as if they are harnessed to storm clouds that will whisk them across the sky.
