Luke Mackenzie, The Eruption Gamble (SINGLE SHOT 2023)

Litli-Hrútur Eruption 2023 - After hearing about 4,200 earthquakes in Iceland I jumped on the next plane. I arrived the day the eruption happened, which allowed me access much closer to the volcano to get this shot. After the night this shot was taken they closed the volcano to the public, setting up a perimeter and not allowing the public to get as close once it reopened.
