Amanda Stuart, The Falconer and the Eagle (PEOPLE 2022)

My focus in the entry is on the Falconer and the way he interacts and connects to the wedge-tailed Eagle. He has worked with the eagle, (injured when found), for over sixteen years and his care and affection for the bird shine through. In the third photo, the Falconer recognises the eagle is aware of a predator and he is able to identify the threat.
