Steven Genesin, The Fog of Life (LANDSCAPE 2022)
On the rare occasions when fog and low clouds envelop central Australia it becomes a surreal world. The ancient and sacred rock formations of the Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park transform into settings of mystery and unearthly sights. Here I was able to capture Walpa Gorge and Uluru itself when fog came and made its mark. Usually a semi-arid landscape that is hot and dry it became a dramatic backdrop for those able to be part of this unique phenomenon.
