Diane Armstrong, The Magic of Colour (LANDSCAPE 2024)

At first glimpse the landscape looks stark and plain. Travelling on a remote road was bleak and treacherous before reaching an old wooden bridge. The colour exploded, first with the cyan bridge, then my eye was drawn to the fiery red trees lining the banks of the river. The icy water, azure in colour, exudes a captivating sense of calm, a welcome contrast to the harsh gravel landscape and rocky outcrops.
