Melinda Tonzing, The Men's Shed (PEOPLE 2022)

Our local Men's Shed. Stories, wisdom, mate-ship, community. It's an institution. The day I visited there were several projects on the go. Men busily working on doll houses, trinket boxes and furniture repairs. It was this chopping board in the making that drew my attention, mostly because of the interactions, the shared input and the banter between members, but also the beautiful craft and craftsmanship itself.
