Although you may not want to admit it at times, Mums do know best. They especially realise when you are a bit low and need a bit of a lift in your spirits. When I captured this bonding moment between a fledgling Forest Red Tailed Black Cockatoo and its Mum, it brought out a range of emotions. Most of all, it spoke how grateful this youngster was to have the love and support when they needed it.
