Ricardo Nankoo, Underwater Waterfall (AERIAL 2024)

These four photos showcase the different perspectives of a unique underwater phenomenon that takes place in the turquoise lagoon of Le Morne in the island of Mauritius. The ongoing flow of sands sinking through the deep water by the ocean currents creates an amazing optical illusion of a waterfall in motion under the sea. Each photo taken by drone brings this unique waterfall to life and captures the beauty of this natural wonder from above.
