Nayomi Shermila Jayasinghe, Working hands (PEOPLE 2020)
This handloom weaving factory employs women from disadvantaged communities and socio-economic backgrounds. They work extended hours for minimal wages to make sure loved ones have a meal on the table for next supper. Their eyes are hopeful for a better future for the next generation.
